The Election Commission of India announced dates for the 2024 Lok Sabha election. The Election Commission of India held a press conference to reveal the dates. Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held in 7 phases beginning on April 19 and ending on June 4. A total of 543 Principal Constituencies will be set up throughout the elections. CEC Rajiv Kumar arrived at the press conference with Gyanesh Kumar and Sukhbir Singh Sandhu at 3 pm. On June 16, the current administration will come to an end.

Phase 4 of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held on May 13 and will constitute 10 states and union territories namely Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Jammu and Kashmir.

There will be a total of 96 principal constituencies in Phase 4 of the Lok Sabha Elections.
