‘Salaar’ poster out, Prithviraj looks sharp in first look

The much-awaited movie “Salaar,” starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, has a new poster out!

The filmmakers used actor Prithviraj’s birthday as an occasion to wish him a happy birthday and introduce a new character from the movie “Salaar.” The first image of Prithviraj, which the producers just unveiled, has left his followers in awe of his benevolent aura.

Fans are now anticipating the tremendous drama between the two actors, which may end up being the audience’s favourite part of the film, as Vardharaja’s role in it will be comparable to Prabhas’.

Prithviraj’s character, according to director Prashanth Neel, is described as “It is a true delight to have Prithviraj, a superstar, in the movie. Vardharaja Mannaar was the ideal Vardharaja Mannaar. With his outstanding performance, he justified his spectacular presence as the massive figure he played in the movie.”

He added, “The drama is surely going to be insane having him in the movie. Being a superstar in the Malayalam industry, he has a huge fan base who will be truly mesmerised to see him play such a huge character on the screen. It was an amazing experience to direct two great actors like Prithviraj and Prabhas together in the film.”

The producers claim that “Salaar” is one of the most eagerly awaited movies, especially given Prabhas’ popularity across India as the lead actor.

The film, which stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead, will be released in five languages throughout India.

Key roles in the film are also played by Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, and Sriya Reddy, in addition to Prabhas, Prithviraj, and Shruti.

 “Salaar,” which will be directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films label, is scheduled to hit the theatres in 2023. Prashanth Neel also directed one of the most popular movies, “KGF Chapter 2.”
