Revealed! Vaani Kapoor to make her OTT debut with the series ‘Mandala Murders’

The ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ actress Vaani Kapoor will make her OTT debut in the web series ‘Mandala Murders’. The series also stars Vaibhav Raj Gupta. The actress took to her IG handle and unveiled her first look from ‘Mandala Murders’. In the caption, Vaani wrote, “Going in for the KILL (literally) for my debut OTT show!! Thrilled to be helming [YRF Entertainment]’s new series #MandalaMurders- a gritty crime thriller that will keep you guessing

As soon as her post surfaced online, her industry friends rushed to the comment section and showered love on her favourite actress. Reacting to her post, Athiya Shetty wrote, “Go, Vaans!” Anushka Ranjan wrote, “Yaaas.” Her fans and followers dropped heart and fire emojis in the comment section.

‘Mandala Murders’ will be directed by Gopi Puthran and Manav Rawat. According to Variety, the series will be a multi-season series and will be a gritty crime thriller. On the work front, the actress was last seen in Shamshera. The film also starred Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The film did not work well at the box office. Vaani was last seen in ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. In the film, she played the role of a trans woman. The actress received praise for her performance as well.
