The creators of the forthcoming movie ‘Family Star,’ featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur as the leads, released its trailer this Thursday. On Thursday, Vijay shared the trailer of his film on X, captioning it “This summer. In just one week celebrate, laugh, cheer, relive, and have a great time in the theaters.”

The trailer begins with Vijay praying to God, hoping for a life without any losses, but only gains. Mrunal is introduced as his neighbor, who is very close to his family, which bothers him. Although she develops feelings for him first, the story shifts to the US, where he works under her. However, tensions arise when Mrunal starts to believe that she is causing problems in his life, which eventually leads to her angrily slapping him, as seen in the trailer.
Directed by Parasuram Petla, ‘Family Star’ is the first movie to feature Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur together. The film boasts a talented cast, including Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, and Ravi Babu, and also features a special appearance by Rashmika Mandanna. ‘Family Star’ is a multilingual release, available in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, and has been produced by Dil Raju.
