Recently, Rajkummar Rao’s photoshopped photo went viral, purportedly suggesting that the actor is about to have cosmetic surgery. Since then, he has denied the same and admitted the truth.
Rajkummar responded to the same by telling India Today, “If you have seen that picture, it doesn’t even look like me. It was really funny because it’s not even me. I guess someone played a prank. I strongly believe that it was a touched-up image.”
Following the apparent editing of this video, internet users quickly located his older pictures and began sharing comparisons across social media accounts. “People were using big words like plastic surgery, but I have never gone under the knife,” Rajkummar stated.
The ‘Badhaai Do’ actor did admit, though, that a lot of people made comments about his appearance when he first entered the industry. “So yes, around eight years back, I did get fillers. I did it to feel better and look better so that my face looks balanced. It was prescribed by my dermatologist. And I think if anyone wants to do that to gain confidence, then why not? There is no harm in it.”
