Crystal Kung Minkoff, a prominent figure on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ has revealed her departure from the show after participating in three seasons.

In an Instagram video, Minkoff announced, “I just wanted to share the news that I will not be coming back to film Season 14 of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'”

She expressed mixed emotions, stating, “It’s very bittersweet. Never did I think I would’ve been asked to do this show in a million years, let alone film it for three seasons. Every single year I was asked back, it was a blessing. It was an honour.”

Joining the cast in 2021 for Season 11, Minkoff reflected on her experience as the first Asian American on ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ acknowledging the weight of representation, saying, “Being the first Asian American on ‘Beverly Hills’ was a lot of weight on my shoulders that I have since just really understood the magnitude of what that means for people.”

Expressing gratitude to her fans, Minkoff thanked them for their support and reciprocated by sharing her personal stories, including her struggles with an eating disorder and her father’s battle with Alzheimer’s. She assured her audience that this departure was not a permanent goodbye but rather a “see you soon,” hinting at future projects that would allow her to continue connecting with her fans.

Minkoff’s castmates in the 13th and most recent season of the Bravo series included Kyle Richards, Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, and Garcelle Beauvais, as reported by Variety.
