Dolly Chaiwala, who became an internet sensation after a video of him serving tea to Bill Gates went viral, recently met Delhi’s ‘Vada Pav’ girl. Chandrika Gera Dixit, a street food vendor known for her Vada Pav stall in Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, boasts that she offers the best Vada Pav in Delhi. She gained viral fame when a video showed her in tears during a phone call with a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) representative who was threatening to dismantle her stall.

In the video posted by Dolly Chaiwala, the two popular content creators are seen introducing themselves and encouraging their fans to support them. The tea vendor commends Ms. Dixit for her work, and she in turn refers to him as her “role model,” expressing her excitement about their meeting. ”We stand on the streets and run our businesses. We have achieved everything through our hard work. No work is small for us,” Dolly said in the video.

In February, a video was shared by Bill Gates capturing his tea time with Dolly Chaiwala on Instagram. The clip shows the vendor demonstrating how to make tea to the Microsoft co-founder. Following the video’s viral spread, he confessed that he initially did not recognize the Microsoft co-founder.

During a chat with ANI, a tea vendor from Nagpur recounted “I did not know who he was. I thought that he was some guy from a foreign country so I should serve him tea. The next day, when I came back to Nagpur, I realized who I served tea to. [Agle din pata chala maine kisko chai pilaya].”
