Ranbir Kapoor Turns Lord Ram in Leaked Photos from the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’

Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’, one of the biggest films of his career. The mythological drama’s shoot is underway and this has created a great deal of buzz among fans. Now, a couple of new photos from the biggie have gone viral on social media.

‘Ramayana’ Leaked Photos: Ranbir Kapoor Impresses as Lord Ram

Ranbir Kapoor is set to play Lord Ram in ‘Ramayana’, which marks his first collaboration with ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari. Zoom, a popular publication, recently shared a couple of sets from the biggie’s set. In them, we see Ranbir as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita. Going by the photos, the stars were shooting for the ‘pre-vanvaas’ sequences.

Interestingly this is not the first time that photos from the film’s set have leaked online. Earlier, pictures of Arun Govil as Raja Dashrath and Lara Dutta as Kakeyi grabbed attention.

Ramayana, billed as a pan-India film, was to feature Yash of ‘KGF’ fame as Raavan but he decided against taking up the role. The ‘Rocking Star’ is now associated with the film as a co-producer only. The film features Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman and marks his first collaboration with Ranbir. Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman are reportedly set to compose music for Ramayana.

Busy Time for Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir, meanwhile, is going through an exciting phase on the work front. The heartthrob scored a bonafide blockbuster with ‘Animal’, which hit screens last year. The action drama became a rage among fans despite mixed reviews. The Sandeep Vanga-directed film featured Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimri in key roles.

This was Vanga’s first release after ‘Kabir Singh’, a remake of the Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey-led ‘Arjun Reddy’. Ranbir will be reuniting with the director for ‘Animal Park’, a sequel to ‘Animal’ after the latter wraps up the shoot of the Prabhas-led actioner ‘Spirit’
