The Supreme Court Collegium recommended for the appointment of Advocate, Shri Kurubarahalli Venkataramareddy Aravind as the judge of Karnataka High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium in the case observed and has noted that the candidate has the standing of nearly twenty-three years at the Bar. Therefore, Advocate, Shri Kurubarahalli Venkataramareddy Aravind also appeared before the High Court as Standing Counsel for various departments of the State government. However, there being the need for specialized judges having domain experience in this branch of law.
