Justice Srivastav was being enrolled as an Advocate on February 02, 1987. Justice Srivastav practised Tax, Civil and Constitutional sides in the Supreme Court of India at New Delhi. Later, he was being appointed as the judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 18.01.1888 and became the permanent Judge on 15.01.2010.
Justice Prakash Shrivastava was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the High Court at Calcutta in the year 2021 and he was retired in March of this year.
