Justice M Nagaprasanna Of Karnataka High Court Passed 200 Interim Orders, Heard 522 Cases In A Day

The single judge bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna of the Karnataka High Court heard 522 cases which are listed before it on June 12, 2023.
The single bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna commenced hearing of the cases at 10.30 am and sat till 5 pm, while taking the lunch break for an hour in between. Further, the single bench of Justice Nagaprasanna at the end of the day passed orders in all the 522 cases, while disposing 50 cases and issued 200 interim orders.
The single bench of Justice Nagaprasanna heared all of the 400 cases which are listed few months earlier also. In November 2019, the single bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court. Justice M Nagaprasanna was appointed as the Permanent Judge on September 8, 2021.
