The Gujarat High Court, in continuation of its previous Circulars issued has notified for the expansion of hybrid mode of hearing of cases.
As per the approval of the Chief Justice and the directions issued with regards to the pilot implementation exercise of hybrid mode currently going on for the benches headed by Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Biren A. Vaishnav.
Thus, the benches of Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Biren A. Vaishnav have been included for all the court working days starting with cause list of August 17, 2023 onwards:
1. The benches presided over by Justice Ashutosh J. Shastri
2. The benches presided over by Justice A. S. Supehia
The notification stated that the hybrid hearing option may be updated online at https://gujarathc-casestatus.nic.in/gujarathc/HybridHearing.jsp
Therefore, all the other modalities and the facilities would be as per the Standard Operating Procedure given in the aforesaid circular of the High Court No. ITC/98/2023 dated June 13, 2023.
