According to a statement from the company, Kriti Sanon has bought a piece of land in the Sol de Alibaug project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha. Alibaug is a popular choice for second homes among Bollywood stars, sports figures, industrialists, and wealthy individuals.

Following in the footsteps of Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon has recently invested in a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a popular destination for second homes near Mumbai. This move marks her acquisition of a land parcel within the Sol de Alibaug project, developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), as confirmed by a statement from the company. This project is renowned for its luxurious offerings and picturesque setting, making it an attractive choice for celebrities seeking a retreat close to the bustling city of Mumbai. Amitabh Bachchan already owns a plot there.

“Buying land on my own has been quite an empowering journey and I have had my eyes on Alibaug, for a while. I was pretty clear about what I was looking for – peace, privacy and a great investment addition to my portfolio,” said Kirti Sanon.

“It is in a prime location, less than 20 minutes away from Mandwa jetty, right in the heart of Alibaug, so this opportunity checked all the boxes,” Kriti Sanon remarked about her recent purchase.

Previously, Amitabh Bachchan bought a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same Sol de Alibaug project for ₹10 crore. He also invested in a plot in Ayodhya from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) for their upcoming 7-star mixed-use enclave, The Sarayu, valued at ₹14.5 crore and spanning 10,000 sq ft, according to real estate industry sources.
