Minister of Public Grievance Redressal Department, Dr Kirodi Lal Meena, held discussions on departmental procedures with officials on Wednesday. In the meeting, he emphasized the swift and transparent resolution of complaints received in public grievance redressal, ensuring that they are not delayed in any way.

Dr Kirodi Lal Meena highlighted the significance of the contact portal as a major tool for receiving complaints from the public. The online portal provides an opportunity for people across the state to register any kind of issue with the government. During the meeting, he gained an in-depth understanding of the functioning of police stations and district dependencies.

The Minister visited Rajasthan Contact 181 (Citizen Contact Center) and observed the system’s operation. He also received a call from Manasukh Ram of Dausa during the visit and addressed his complaint.
