The Karnataka High Court has adjourned HD Revanna’s petition, filed on Friday, until June 3. The petition concerns the request to dismiss the FIR related to the kidnapping case involving Prajwal Revanna.
The case, filed at the KR Nagara police station, accuses HD Revanna and others of kidnapping a sexual assault victim by Prajwal Revanna.
Earlier, HD Revanna was arrested regarding kidnapping case on April 29. Later, he was given conditional bail by special court for people representatives.
Meanwhile, JD(S) MP suspended Prajwal Revanna was arrested by SIT on Thursday Night at Bengaluru airport.
After being arrested in obscene video case, he was brought to Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital for medical examination.
After his medical exam, he was then transferred to city’s civil court. Where SIT likely to request court for Prajwal’s custody.
Following his earlier visit to the Bengaluru CID office, Prajwal Revanna is expected to undergo investigation by the SIT for allegations of sexual harassment and criminal intimidation. These allegations stem from a complaint filed by a female household worker.
