The film Karan Arjun, featuring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, is one of Bollywood’s most legendary films. Directed by Rakesh Roshan, this action drama hit theaters in 1995 and showcased the two stars as brothers. On Monday morning, fans received exciting news when Salman announced that Karan Arjun will return to theaters on November 22.
Salman Khan shared a new teaser for the film on social media, stating: “Raakhi ji ne sahi kaha tha film mein ki mere Karan Arjun aayenge… November 22 ko duniya bhar ke cinema gharon mein” (Rakhi ji had said that her Karan Arjun would return, so this November 22 they will return nationwide in theatres).
Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan’s son and assistant director of the film, also took to Instagram to share the news. He expressed his enthusiasm by saying: “Cinema was never the same again… When Karan Arjun came together on the big screen for the first time ever. Relive the reincarnation of Karan Arjun in theatres worldwide from 22nd November 2024!”

Besides Rakhee Gulzar, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, the reincarnation drama featured Kajol, Mamta Kulkarni, Amrish Puri, and Ranjeet in key roles. The film’s storyline revolves around the two brothers who seek revenge on their greedy uncle for the murder of their father. In a tragic turn, the uncle also kills the brothers. Their mother prays to Goddess Kali to bring back her sons for revenge, and after 17 years, she learns that her prayers have been answered.
Upon its release in January 1995, Karan Arjun quickly became a blockbuster. Its compelling story, strong performances, and memorable music resonated deeply with audiences.
