BTS, the worldwide K-pop phenomenon, still finds itself at the top of its game even after taking some time off to serve in the military. A major announcement concerning the current harmful operations against the group was just issued by their agency, BigHit Music. In a statement posted on Weverse, the organisation made it clear that they would take legal action against anyone involved in any wrongdoing against BTS, including sexual harassment, defamation, personal assault, disseminating false information, and any malicious criticism.

BigHit Music announced that they have found several offenders and fined them with as much as two million Korean won for their actions. However, there are still some who, with this in mind, persisted in attacking the group. In one case, for example, a defendant was fined five million won for regularly publishing defamatory content on their blog after being found guilty.
The agency assured the fans that it will take more aggressive action going forward and dedicated itself to holding its artists legally responsible. They also provided information on current legal actions such as filing lawsuits against Taldeok Camp and other leakers of personal information, and stalkers. BigHit Music emphasized that there would be no settlement and leniency for the perpetrators
This way, the agency gave insights on their approach in gathering evidence which included monitoring the following social media platforms: DCInside (especially BTS Gallery), Nate Pann, and TheQoo. For criminal offense, most of these have been sent to investigative agencies.
Despite taking a hiatus in their military service, BTS still leads the world entertainment industry, and the star is only increasing. Publication of a new album by the end of 2025 and a world tour in 2026 are greatly looked forward to by the fans.
