The Bharatiya Janata Party’s “Gram Parikrama Yatra” is set to commence from today. The initiation of this journey will be done by the party’s national president, JP Nadda, from the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. This journey will cover around 15,000 villages and wards across the state within a month.
Moreover, to make this journey successful in the state, the BJP has entrusted the responsibility to the BJP Kisan Morcha, under which committees have been formed at the state and district levels, as informed by the National Minister of the BJP Kisan Morcha, Ramnaresh Tiwari, on Sunday.
Ramnaresh Tiwari stated that Bhagirath Chaudhary, the state president of the BJP Kisan Morcha, has been appointed as the coordinator of the state committee, while Mahamantri OP Yadav, State Vice President Khemaram Chaudhary, and Ganpat Singh Rathore have been appointed as members. The state media in-charge Rajesh Dhaka and social media in charge Gurjant Singh Dhaliwal have also been included in the committee.
Ramnaresh Tiwari further informed that BJP National President JP Nadda will kick off the journey from the Shukratal village of Uttar Pradesh.
Additionally, the auspicious commencement of this journey will be marked in 44 organizational districts of Rajasthan, where the program will begin with the worship of cows, ploughs, tractors, and other agricultural machinery. Suggestions for the manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections will also be taken from the rural areas and farmers during this journey.
Regarding questions about farmers’ opposition to the policies of the Modi government, Ramnaresh Tiwari said that those protesting cannot be farmers. Farmers do not have time to leave their fields.
Apart from this, most of the demands of the farmers have already been fulfilled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He has not done these works under pressure but voluntarily. There is a difference between the previous and present MSP.
According to Bhagirath Chaudhary, the President of the Kisan Morcha, information about the work being done by the Modi government for the upliftment of farmers and the agricultural sector will be provided during this journey.
When the journey reaches the villages, a cleanliness campaign will also be conducted at the local places of worship, and voluntary service will be done.
