Movies have a unique power to bridge cultures and continents. Illustrating this, a Japanese man recently shared a video discussing three Indian films he claims are popular in Japan.

In his video, titled “Famous Indian Movies in Japan,” he acknowledges that while Indian cinema isn’t widely known in Japan, certain films have captured the interest of Japanese audiences. He names Cheeni Kum, The Lunchbox, and Garam Masala as standout favorites and shares his thoughts on their appeal.

The video has since gained significant attention, accumulating over 5.6 million views and still climbing. This surge in popularity has sparked a variety of reactions from viewers.
