District Administration along with Rajouri Police organized a noteworthy event under the banner of “Unity Run” to honour the courageous martyrs who selflessly served and protected our nation. This event not only celebrated their dedication and sacrifice but also fostered unity and patriotism within the communities. Similar events were also held at the police station level. The event was organized under the dynamic leadership of DC Rajouri, Sh. Vikas Kundal and SSP Rajouri, Sh. Amritpal Singh-IPS, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from Rajouri and beyond, bringing people from diverse backgrounds together in the spirit of patriotism.
It emphasized the significance of paying homage to our brave warriors. The event was graced by the presence of District Administration, Police, CRPF, BSF, Fire and emergency Services, Civil Defence personnel, Students as well as dedicated community members. The run began from the New Bus Stand Rajouri, and participants embarked on a scenic route that showcased the natural beauty of the area. Participants exhibited remarkable enthusiasm and determination as they walked in honour of the heroes who have safeguarded our nation’s honour. This event served as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the Rajouri Police to instil a sense of unity and patriotism in the community. It provided a platform for people to come together and reflect on the sacrifices made by our valiant soldiers.
