In an ongoing commitment to tackle the escalating issue of drug abuse among the youth, Baramulla Police organized a comprehensive awareness program at Panchayat Ghar Wussan Pattan. The initiative targeted the general public, including students, youths, citizens, and PRIs, aiming to impart crucial knowledge about the perils of drug abuse, preventive measures, and appropriate responses in case of encountering drug-related situations. Distinguished members of the Police Drug De Addiction Centre (DDC) Baramulla took centre stage, delivering engaging lectures to equip the audience with essential insights into recognizing the symptoms of drug abuse. The sessions also offered guidance on initiating appropriate responses when faced with drug-related challenges.
Mr Mohd Ashraf and Ms Uzma Qureshi of the Police Drug De Addiction Centre Baramulla delivered a comprehensive presentation, leveraging their expertise to shed light on various aspects of drug addiction.
