Reacting to news reports of Punjab Chief Minister going to Andhra Pradesh for meditation for four days, the Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar has raised questions about Bhagwant Mann evading been seen with Delhi CM at the time for his likely ED appearance.

In doing so is he trying to prove that Punjab’s Hoshiarpur meditation centre is not good enough, Jakhar quipped referring to Delhi CM’s mediation stay at the facility last month which had coincided with ED’s second summons to him in Delhi Excise policy case.
Jakhar tweeted: “According to a media report, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann ji is going to Andhra Pradesh for meditating for four days. This seems very strange.

In doing so is he trying to prove that Punjab’s Hoshiarpur meditation centre is not good enough ? Is it to expose Sh Kejriwal ji to charges that his stay in Hoshiarpur was not for doing Vipasna meditation but to seek safe haven from central agencies ? Also it may seem that he is trying to remove himself from Delhi at a crucial time when things are likely to hot up as Kejriwal ji appears before ED today ?”

Earlier, Jakhar while addressing the State BJP in-charges, Morcha heads and cadre asked them to fulfil vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by taking achievements of BJP-led Central Government to each and every citizen and to take BJP seats to 400 seats from 303.

Referring to the meeting held last month in Delhi where the Prime Minister, Home Minister, BJP National President J P Nadda and National General Secretary B L Santosh had shared their views and suggestions about preparation for Lok Sabha 2024 polls, Jakhar said BJP has earned the right to seek votes of citizens across India as the party has performed to fulfil hopes and aspirations of every Indian.

Be it unfurling the Tri-color in the space, and fulfilling aspiration of every Indian by completing construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya and abrogation of Article 370 to once and for all reiterate that Jammu and Kashmir is and will always be an integral part of India, Jakhar said adding that every Indian today feels proud at these national achievements.

We are to take these achievements to every nook and corner, Jakhar said urging all office bearers and cadre to ensure optimum publicity and awareness amongst people especially the needy about various schemes and programmes being run by the Central Government.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a golden opportunity to spread awareness about schemes including Vishwakarma Scheme, Aayushman and Kissan Samman Nidhi and Ujjwala Scheme. “It was an insight to know that for merely Rs. 20, one can avail Accidental Insurance worth Rs. 2 Lakhs and for a nominal sum Rs. 450, one can avail life Insurance as well, Jakhar said stressing the need to ensure that initiatives like these do not remain in paper only.

The States of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh have not only attested to BJP’s ideology of progress and development but has also negated Congress’ divisive politics of weaken India, Jakhar said urging party cadre to ensure BJP reaches out to every citizen in every village and city.
