There were many prominent faces of Rajasthan in the race for cabinet. These included the names of Anita Bhadel, Nauksham Chaudhary, Kalpana Devi, Siddhi Kumari and Deepti Kiran Maheshwari. But the party has made only Manju Baghmar a minister. This time nine women have become MLAs from BJP. If we talk about the previous Congress government, Mamta Bhupesh, Zahida Khan and Shakuntala Rawat were made ministers. Krishna Poonia was given the status of Minister of State. Earlier, Kiran Maheshwari and Anita Bhadel were made ministers in the Vasundhara government. This time, MLA Anita Bhadel lagging behind in the race is also surprising.
Currently the posts of five ministers are vacant
The number of assembly seats in Rajasthan is 200. In this context, 30 ministers can be made. So far, 25 ministers have been appointed including the Chief Minister and two Deputy Chief Ministers.
