Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant organised a meeting of departmental officers at the Government Secretariat on Wednesday. He took a meeting to ensure the effective implementation of schemes in the state. Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries to Government and Secretaries to Government were present in the meeting. Also, department heads, divisional commissioners and district collectors participated through video conferencing. Addressing the officials, he said that to make the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra successful, the common people should be provided the benefits of the schemes in the camps organised and collective efforts should be made for this. He said that all the District Collectors should regularly inspect the camps in the districts and ensure that their maximum benefits reach the common people. An action plan for developed Rajasthan should be prepared as per the resolve of developed India.
The Chief Secretary instructed all the departmental secretaries that weekly monitoring of big schemes should be done. He said that the officers should ensure that the development works of the common people are completed on priority with sensitivity. The Chief Secretary gave instructions to ensure that files are disposed of digitally for better time management in the departments.
