On the directions of Govind Singh Dotasra, the President of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, the Rajasthan Congress Committee celebrated the first anniversary of the historic Bharat Jodo Yatra under the leadership of Hari Singh Rathore, the President of the Rajasthan Congress Committee.
In 2023, a district-level Bharat Jodo Pad Yatra program was organized. The yatra included Congress workers as well as women activists. The yatra covered a route from the old collector’s office to Rajnagar Bazaar, from Dani Chabutra to Fawara Chowk, where a meeting was held and addressed by senior Congress members. The message conveyed was that, similar to the way Rahul Gandhi has been conducting the Bharat Jodo Yatra to promote social unity, Congress workers should also come together to demonstrate unity and strive to form a Congress government in Rajasthan once again.
Many Congress leaders are also participating in the celebrations of the year anniversary of Bharat Jodod Yatra. Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda also took out a march here on Thursday to commemorate the first anniversary of the Kanyakumari-to-Kashmir Bharat Jodo Yatra.
