With a crowd of 15,000 Indian diaspora members from 42 states, excitement built for Modi’s historic address—the first by an Indian Prime Minister in Long Island in 75 years. Attendees also enjoyed performances of the acrobatic sport Mallakhamb, as efforts continue to promote it globally.
