Yogi Adityanath and JP Nadda Visit Leprosy Ashram in Lucknow

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid a visit to the Leprosy ashram in Lucknow on Sunday.

During their visit, they took the time to distribute chocolates to the children and inquire about the well-being of the patients. CM Yogi also took the opportunity to gather information about the government schemes benefiting leprosy patients. Additionally, the patients sang devotional songs, praising Lord Shri Ram.

Earlier, CM Yogi and BJP President JP Nadda met with the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Lucknow. Furthermore, they attended a women’s marathon race at Dubagga Square in Lucknow.

During the event, CM Yogi emphasized the importance of physical fitness for mental stability. He highlighted the ancient wisdom of our sages, who recognized the connection between a healthy body and a healthy mind. He expressed his belief that this would contribute to the development of our nation. CM Yogi also celebrated India’s achievements in sports this year.

He mentioned India’s record-breaking medal tally in the Olympics, the success of Indian athletes in the Asian Games, and the remarkable performance in the Para Olympics Asian Games. He stated that these accomplishments demonstrate India’s progress towards becoming an aspirational and new India.

Similarly, BJP national president JP Nadda addressed the event and described it as a historic time for the youth. He referred to the current era as the ‘Amrit Kal’ and acknowledged the contributions of individuals who have made the country proud over the past 75 years and beyond. Nadda and Yogi were seen together, listening to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s last Mann Ki Baat address of the year.
