In anticipation of the Pran Pratishta ceremony at the Ram temple, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Wednesday that he plans to visit Ayodhya with his family after January 22. He stated that the Delhi government would make efforts to arrange additional trains for Ayodhya after the ceremony.
Speaking to reporters, Kejriwal mentioned, “We will make efforts to run more trains for Ayodhya (from Delhi) after the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony on January 22.
They had said that a final invitation would be given by their team but we did not receive it.
In the letter received earlier, it was mentioned that only one person is allowed due to security reasons and VIP movements.”
Expressing his desire to visit Ayodhya with his family, he added, “My parents are very keen to visit the Ram Temple, so we’ll go someday after January 22.”
Responding to questions about the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons related to a money laundering probe, Kejriwal stated, “We will do whatever needs to be done as per law.” The Chief Minister also participated in a Bhajan Sandhya and interacted with senior citizens departing for Dwarkadhish under the Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to attend the ceremony at the Ram Temple on January 22, with several VVIP guests from India and abroad receiving invitations for the auspicious occasion in Ayodhya.
Vedic rituals for the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla will begin on January 16, a week before the main ceremony. Ayodhya will observe the Amrit Mahotsav from January 14 to January 22.
