Pearl Kapur, at just 27, has emerged as one of India’s youngest billionaires, boasting a net worth of $1.1 billion (approximately ₹9,129 crore). He holds a 90% stake in Zyber 365, a company he founded in May 2023, which has quickly reached a valuation of $1.2 billion (around ₹9,840 crore).
Kapur graduated from Queen Mary University in London with an MSc in Investment Banking and began his entrepreneurial journey shortly after. Before launching Zyber 365, he gained experience as a financial advisor at AMPM Store and as a business advisor at Antier Solutions. In February 2022, he founded Billion Pay Technologies.
Zyber 365, headquartered in the UK with operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specializes in blockchain technology and AI-driven cyber security solutions. In less than a year, it has gained recognition as India’s and Asia’s fastest-growing unicorn.
A notable boost for Zyber 365 came when the Sram & Mram Group invested $100 million in Series A funding, significantly enhancing the company’s valuation. Zyber 365 also features an EVM-Compatible Smart Contract Platform, which operates as a Layer 1 Chain utilizing the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism, focusing on security, energy efficiency, and sustainability, aligning with the goals of humanity and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
