Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath Prays at Ayodhya’s Hanumangarhi Temple Ahead of Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratishtha Ceremony

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath offered prayers at Ayodhya’s Hanumangarhi Temple on Tuesday in preparation for the upcoming Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla. Following his visit to Hanumangarhi Temple, Adityanath also offered prayers at the Ram Mandir’s garbh griha in Ayodhya.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to inspect a tent city being constructed by the Municipal Corporation, ensuring all arrangements align with the security and convenience of the devotees.

As part of the preparations for the ceremony, a tent city has been established at the new Teerthakshetrapuram, equipped with essential facilities, including six tubewells, six kitchen houses, and a ten-bed hospital with around 150 doctors serving in rotation.

In a move to enhance transportation facilities for tourists and pilgrims visiting Ayodhya, the Uttar Pradesh government, under Chief Minister Adityanath, introduced electric buses on the Dharma Path and Ram Path. These electric buses, along with golf carts and e-rickshaws, aim to seamlessly connect Ayodhya and provide efficient transportation options.

The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, spanning seven days starting January 16, will involve various rituals and events, including a procession carrying the idol of Lord Ram in his child-like form (Ram Lalla) on January 17. The sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple will witness formal rituals, holy fire rituals, and the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol, concluding with the consecration ceremony on January 22.
