After the political turmoil in Maharashtra, discussions surrounding Uttar Pradesh have intensified following the statements of Ramdas Athawale and OP Rajbhar. Amidst these political deliberations, Akhilesh Yadav seems to be receiving significant relief, similar to Jayant Chaudhary.
In fact, on Sunday, the chief of the Republican Party of India (RPI) and Union Minister, Ramdas Athawale, made a bold claim in Lucknow that there could be a rift in the SP alliance in Uttar Pradesh, following which, Subhash Rajbhar, the president of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) and former ally of Akhilesh Yadav, also mentioned the possibility of a split. Amidst these speculations, it appeared that cracks could emerge in the SP and RLSP alliance in Uttar Pradesh, potentially shaking the partnership between Jaiant Chaudhary and Akhilesh Yadav. Amidst these discussions, Jaiant Chaudhary, the president of the Lok Dal, who was on a visit to Baghpat, clarified his stance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), stating that he would not be joining the BJP. The RLSP chief explicitly stated that he would remain in the opposition and would definitely participate in the next opposition unity meeting. He also mentioned that he would stay with the side he is currently aligned with.
