Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday held a ‘Janata Darshan’ in Gorakhpur.
The chief minister was seen lending a patient audience to people from different districts as they conveyed their grievances or complaints.
Despite heavy rainfall in the area, many people turned up for the ‘Janata Darshan, which has come to be a feature of Yogi’s model of governance.
Chief Minister Adityanath forwarded the prayer letters of people to the officers concerned while instructing them to address their issues promptly and satisfactorily.
During the Janata Darshan, citizens from different parts of the state narrated their problems, seeking prompt redressal and assistance.
Through ‘Janata Darshan’ is a platform that allows locals to personally convey their issues to the CM, thus enabling quick redressal of public grievances.
Earlier, on Sunday, CM Adityanath listened to the problems of around 190 people during a ‘Janata Darshan’ at his official residence.
The CM directed officials to ensure prompt resolution of people’s problems and redressal of their grievances, the government informed through an official statement.
