The shop owner, Suraj, reported the incident to the Dhakoli police, stating that he had closed the shop on Tuesday night. When he arrived on Wednesday morning, he discovered the shop’s locks had been cut open, and several items were missing. According to Suraj, the stolen goods included mobiles and speakers worth approximately Rs 80,000, as well as Rs 20,000 in cash from the shop’s cash box.
