Telangana: New Notice For 11,062 posts out for TS DSC recruitment

Commissioner of School Education, Telangana cancelled notification for 5,089 vacancies for the post of school teachers and non-teaching staff which was released on Sep 6, 2023 ( DSC-2023 Notification No. 20/RC-1/DSC/TRT/2023).

The latest notification which has been released, contains 4,957 teaching positions across multiple categories; there are 796 openings for Special Education Teachers at the Primary level and 220 openings for Special Education Teachers at the Upper Primary/Secondary level at Government and Local Body Schools. With this, the total number of to be filled through TS DSC recruitment 2024 stands at 11,062.

The commissioner’s office has notified candidates who had already applied for the 5,089 posts that their applications will be carried over and they do not have to apply again.

Fresh applications for these vacancies will be accepted between March 3 and April 2, 2024 on schooledu.telangana.gov.in.

“The applicants are required to carefully go through the Information Bulletin and should satisfy themselves as to their eligibility for this Recruitment, before payment of fee and submission of application. The Information Bulletin will be available on website (https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in) from 04.03.2024 which can be downloaded free of cost,” the notification reads.

The application cost is ₹1,000 per post, therefore applicants who submit more than one application will need to pay ₹1,000 for each post, the notice mentions.

This recruiting drive is open to candidates who, as of July 1, 2023, fall within the age range of 18 to 46. According to government regulations, candidates in the reserved category will be eligible for an age relaxation.
