The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on Friday regarding the pleas filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal is seeking bail and the quashing of his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the alleged excise policy scam.
On Wednesday, the Rouse Avenue court granted bail to AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak and others involved in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
In the meantime, Kejriwal appeared via video conferencing from Tihar Jail, where his judicial custody has been extended until September 25.
