Security Forces Foil Arms Drop Attempt By Pakistan In Nowshera Sector

In a significant success, security forces have thwarted an attempt by Pakistan to drop arms and ammunition in the Nowshera sector along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district.
According to sources, security personnel deployed in the Nowshera sector spotted a drone hovering over the Ser area of the LoC. Acting swiftly, the forces sounded an alert and opened fire on the drone, forcing it to retreat.

During the ensuing search operation, security forces recovered one pistol along with two magazines and 37 pistol rounds. There are several inputs from agencies indicating that a number of terrorists are sitting across the LoC, waiting for an opportunity to infiltrate.
Searches are still ongoing in the area to ensure there are no further threats.
