BSF Personnel Injured in Cross-Border Firing

Earlier in the day, the Border Security Force (BSF) reported an incident involving unprovoked firing from Pakistan in the Akhnoor sector of Jammu and Kashmir near the International Border. Border Tensions

The India-Pakistan border spans approximately 3,323 kilometers and has been a persistent source of tension and security challenges. The border, especially in Jammu and Kashmir, has experienced frequent skirmishes and ceasefire violations. These sporadic incidents of cross-border firing often lead to major security concerns and heightened alertness among the forces stationed there.
