SC to take up Gyanvapi ASI survey today

The Supreme Court of India has assured the Masjid Committee to hear Gyanvapi issue on Friday morning. Lawyers have also been told they can mention the case before the bench.
Earlier, the Gyanvapi matter once again reached in Supreme Court. Hindu Side filed a caveat while Muslim side mentioned it before CJI DY Chandrachud.
According to Pauranik Legends, the Lord Shankar loved to play ‘Chausar’ with Goddess Parvati. It seems that the Chausar is being played on between litigants and Gyanvapi at stake. Sometimes, the bet seems to be going in favour of Hindu devotees and sometimes in favour of Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee.
After a much hue and cry, on August 3, the Allahabad High Court gave an order that it is appropriate to conduct an ASI survey of Gyanvapi. The order of the district court in this regard is absolutely correct. The apprehensions of the Masjid Committee are baseless.
After this order, preparations for the ASI survey started in Varanasi. Top officials of the police-administration held a meeting with the officers of the ASI and the survey was given the go-ahead from Friday morning.
Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain filed a caveat in the Supreme Court for Rakhi Singh, a petitioner of Hindu side, with the apprehension that the Muslim side might bring an order in their favour from the top Court.
The apprehension of Hindu side proved to be true. On Thursday, during the start of the Constitution Bench, the advocate of Muslims side made an oral mention against the Allahabad High Court order in front of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. The counsel for the Muslim side said that he has mailed the registrar with a copy of the High Court judgment in this regard.
However, on the mentioning of the lawyer of the Muslim side, The Chief Justice Chandrachud had said, that he will do something on this matter after seeing the mail. This means Friday morning is going to be very important in the Supreme Court.
