The Supreme Court on Tuesday, directed Telangana High Court to place a vacation bench to hear the anticipatory bail application of YSRCP MP YS Avinash Reddy accused in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case on 25 May . Therefore, the apex court clarified that the order will be passed by the vacation bench of the High Court after hearing from all the parties. Also, the court made it clear that the previous bench that heard the matter would not come in the way of the High Court’s vacation court. Senior Advocate VV Giri, appeared for the respondent, and apprised the court that the matter was heard for 2 days in High Court and postponed for 5 June. The apex court said that they weren’t happy with HC for not passing the order after the direction of the top court.
