Sanjay Seth Takes Charge As Minister Of State In Defence Ministryand other senior ministry officials, according to an official statement.

In his remarks, Seth expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for entrusting him with this significant responsibility. He also conveyed his enthusiasm about working under the guidance of Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh, with whom he has previously collaborated in various capacities. “I pledge to advance several Ministry of Defence initiatives aimed at bolstering national security,” Seth stated.

Before assuming charge, Sanjay Seth called on Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh at his official residence in New Delhi. CDS Gen Anil Chauhan, COAS Gen Manoj Pande, CAS Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, and CNS Admiral Dinesh Tripathi also called on the new Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth in New Delhi today.

Sanjay Seth is a two-term Member of Parliament representing the Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency, having been elected in 2019. During his tenure, he served on the Standing Committee on Information Technology and the Committee on Welfare of Other Backward Classes. Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Chairman of the Jharkhand State Khadi and Village Industries Board.
