Routes 2 Roots Announces 11th All India Virsa Inter School Competition

Routes2Roots, a non-profit NGO engaged in cultural exchange programs in India, announced the 11th All India Virsa Inter-School Competition. The 11th VIRSA competition is open for all school children across India. The entries are coming from thousands of schools across India. The students can participate in various disciplines like Dancing, Singing, Acting, yoga, etc., and participate in either individual or group. They can showcase their talent and win attractive prizes. The students can register themselves and send their entries by login into the Routes 2 Roots website or scanning the QR Code of the application

VIRSA is a cultural education initiative of the Routes 2 Roots, which is the first of its kind to provide cultural education to students through the digital medium to make future generations aware of their heritage, thereby strengthening social and cultural values and bonds amongst each other. VIRSA all India competition is organized twice a year to provide a platform for young students to unleash their talent.

“It’s a wonderful experience hosting the 11th VIRSA competition, and this year we are expecting a large number of children to participate. Virsa has steadily improved the online education system in the cultural space and has helped the beneficiaries to understand the cultural diversities said, Mr Rakesh Gupta, Founder, Routes2Roots.”

With competitions in dramatics, dance, film, music, instruments, creative writing, etc., a panel of renowned judges will judge the entries. All the participants will get participation certificates. Attractive prizes viz. Smart TV, Smartphones and Tablets will be given to winning students.

The competition is open for all school children, whether they are a part of the Virsa program or otherwise.
