Punjab government is going to start CM’s Yogashala from today (Wednesday). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be the chief guest. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will inaugurate the Yogashala today. As per the report, Yoga education will be given free of cost in CM’s yoga school to all irrespective of any basis. It is a meditation class basically. Certified Yoga Instructor will teach Yoga education to every household in Punjab.
The main objective of Yogashala is to make people understand that meditation and yoga are necessary for physical and mental health. Punjab’s Yogashala will start from 4 cities of Punjab, in the first phase ‘CM Di Yogashala’ will be built in Amritsar, Ludhiana, Phagwara and Patiala.
‘CM Di Yogashala’ will soon start in the entire state in a few months.Guru Ravidas Ayurveda University Hoshiarpur has appointed the train instructors of Yoga, now the facility will be provided to the general public as well.Certified Yoga Instructor will be available for all the people of Punjab, it will be mandatory to have at least 25 people in a group to start the class.
One member from each group, who will be called the group coordinator, will coordinate with the yoga instructor to organize the class. It will be the responsibility of the group coordinator to fix the place and time according to all the members of the group.
