According to police officials, the rescue mission was launched based on specific information about the illegal employment of minors at the factory. The children, who were from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Uttarakhand, were found working under harsh conditions. After being rescued, they underwent medical examinations, and arrangements were made for their welfare and safety.

The operation resulted in the arrest of nine individuals: Aslat, Rajkumar, Vicky, Pintu, Sarvesh, Aehsan, Satender, Ansari, and Sahil Dabas, all residents of Gamri Village, Bhajanpura.

They have been charged with violations of sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, as well as sections 3 and 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act.
