Scheduled for July 22 at 10:30 am, Prime Minister Modi will not only issue these appointment letters, but will also address the new recruits on this landmark occasion.
These recruits, sourced from various regions of India, will be filling positions across numerous government departments. The enlisted include the Department of Revenue, Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Department of Water Resources, Department of Personnel and Training, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the Rozgar Mela signifies a stride towards Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to prioritising employment generation. The event is hoped to stimulate further job creation and offer meaningful opportunities to India’s youth, empowering their active participation in national development.
Moreover, the freshly inducted employees have been presented with the opportunity to upskill through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. Here, they have access to over 580 e-learning courses, adaptable to ‘anywhere any device’ learning formats.
