Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a commemorative stamp and coin during the inauguration of the 2550th Bhagwan Mahaveer Nirvan Mahotsav, held on Mahaveer Jayanti at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
“Today, Bharat Mandapam marks the commencement of the 2550th Nirvan Mahotsav of Lord Mahavira,” stated PM Modi.
“I extend my greetings to the people of our nation on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti. Participating in such an event amidst the election fervor is heartening,” the Prime Minister remarked during his address at the Bhagwan Mahaveer Nirvan Mahotsav.
