A panic ran through the national capital on Friday after over 20 schools in Delhi received bomb threat emails, prompting swift emergency response actions by the Delhi Police, fire departments, and bomb disposal units. This is the fourth bomb scare in the city in one week.
The most shocking threat, sent via email to 23 schools, was violent and graphic, promising mass casualties and making reference to mental illness issues. The sender, officials reported, threatened to place bombs in school classrooms.
“I will erase every last one of you from this world. Not a single soul will survive. I will gladly laugh when I will watch the news, only to see the parents show up at the school and to be greeted by the cold, dismembered bodies of their children,” the email stated.

Violent Details and Mental Health References in Email
The threat, sent to institutions such as Richmond Global School, elaborated on the usage of trinitrotoluene (TNT), with bombs supposedly concealed in black plastic bags in classrooms.
“Hello. I am writing to let you know that I have placed several explosive devices (trinitrotoluene) within school classrooms,” the email stated, as reported by ANI.
The email also expressed the sender’s resentment of the mental health system and had threats of self-harm.
“You all deserve to suffer. I truly hate my life, I will commit suicide after the news, will slit my throat and slit my wrists. I was never truly helped, psychiatrists, psychologists, no one has ever cared and no one will ever care. You only care about medicating the helpless and clueless humans… You brainwash people into thinking psychiatric meds can help them. But they don’t. I [am] living proof that they do not. You all deserve this. You deserve to suffer just like me.”
List of Affected Schools and Search Status
The schools threatened are St. Xavier’s School (Civil Lines), Richmond Global School (Paschim Vihar), Abhinav Public School (Rohini), and The Sovereign School (Rohini). Officials are still cross-checking the entire list of affected institutions.
No explosives have been located so far, but search operations are still in progress. These serial hoax threats have gone a long way in disrupting the school schedule, triggering evacuations, and increasing public anxiety in Delhi.
The authorities are still probing the origin of the threats and are calling on the public to be calm as the precautionary screening continues.
