IndiGo, one of the leading airlines of India has announced the elimination of fuel charges on all it’s domestic and international routes effective from Thursday, January 4, 2024.
The passengers are relieved after hearing the declaration. This marks the end of fuel charges introduced in October 2023 in response to escalating Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices. The removal of the fuel charges are in response to the reduction in the ATF prices.
IndiGo has affirmed its commitment to adjusting fares and associated elements in response to the dynamic nature of ATF prices. The airline assures passengers that it will promptly adapt to fluctuations in fuel prices or market conditions.
