Netizens Claim Conflict Of Interest In Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail Order

Following the stay on Arvind Kejriwal’s bail order by the Delhi High Court, a section of users in social media platform X allege conflict of Interest in Kejriwal’s bail stay order.

As per some users, this stay order was given by Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain, who should have stepped aside from the case, as his brother Anurag Jain was one of ED’s counsel.

Meanwhile on June 25, Delhi high court put a stay on Bail order in Delhi excise policy case. Which was earlier granted by Trial court. This case was presided by Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain
