Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has assured that strict measures will be taken against those responsible, following an anonymous tip-off to the Mumbai Police about potential serial blasts in the city.

CM Shinde emphasized that “the police force is fully alert and capable of preventing any harm.” He stated that “if anyone violates the law or engages in any wrongdoing, they will face appropriate consequences.”

Meanwhile, an official revealed that Mumbai Police Control received a threat call on Saturday evening, indicating the possibility of serial blasts in the city.

The police promptly initiated a search operation at various important public locations and installations, but no explosive devices or suspicious items were discovered. The authorities are currently working to gather more information about the anonymous caller, and a thorough investigation is underway.
