Mumbai BMW Hit-And-Run: Mihir Shah Sent To 7-Day Police Custody

Mihir Shah, the main accused in the Mumbai BMW hit-and-run case, has been sent to police custody until July 16. Shah was arrested yesterday evening after evading authorities for over 72 hours.

Father of accused is Rajesh Shah is suspended from Shiv Sena after the Hit and Run case. Mihir was on a run for 3 days after the accident but his father was detained for questioning after the accident.

Mihir was in influence of alcohol while he was driving his BMW which led to this tragic incident. He crashed into a couple early morning who were coming from the market which led to death of wife. Shah was arrested after three days of the accident as he was on a run and he accepted that he was the one who was driving.
